Dr. Eswaran also sponsors many charities especially those that mentor young people. Dr. Eswaran also founded the RYTHM Foundation and the Vijayaratnam Foundation, both of which partners with international NGOs in empowering women and young people with educational opportunities and youth development mentorships.
When asked in a recent interview, what he would do differently if he could start over again, Dr. Eswaran stated that everything he went through has led him to the successes that are attributed to him today. He states that the lessons we learn are not bad, they just help with our learning process. He states that this is also what he teaches young people today.
